The conversion took place in accordance with the procedure provided for in Art. 551 et seq. of the Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies, and thus in accordance with Art. 553 of the Commercial Companies Code, under the so-called general succession, the converted company, i.e.  LM PAY S.A. is entitled to all the rights and obligations of the converted company, i.e. MEDIRATY sp. z o.o.

We would like to inform you that the identification data concerning NIP and REGON numbers remains unchanged, while the KRS number has changed.
